EconoDry (Low Absorbency) EconoDry (Low Absorbency) adult diapers are the most basic model of the range. They come in sizes M to XL and are designed for patients who experience mild, infrequent incontinence. They also have a plastic (PE) bottom layer and double re-adhesive PP fastening tape to ensure a secure fit. EconoDry adult diapers also feature leak guards to prevent any unwanted leaks. The weight/SAP ratio for each size is optimized for maximum absorbency, with sizes M, L, and XL having absorbencies of at least 1000ml, 1600ml, and 1800ml respectively.
