Description AmpliClean™ LF delivers consistent results across both PCR and NGS workflows. The protocol uses a simple bind-wash-elute workflow with no centrifugation or vacuum steps, making it automation-ready and compatible with Alpaqua® magnet plates or manual processing with single-tube stands. The AmpliClean™ LF beads outperform standard clean-up beads and alternative products in preserving long DNA integrity and yield. In addition, it provides improved recovery and size selection compared to standard AmpliClean™ and competitor kits for long fragments. AmpliClean™ LF supports manual and automated processing. It is fully compatible with Alpaqua® plates or single-tube stands and outperforms standard AmpliClean™ and competitor kits in long fragment recovery and size selection.
