Description NimaPOP™ 10x Running Buffer is designed for capillary electrophoresis on 3500/SeqStudio™ Flex Series Genetic Analyzers. It comes in a 60 mL bottle, sufficient for four refills of the anode and cathode buffers after dilution. Simply dilute the buffer and refill your original anode and cathode buffer containers with this solution. After that, apply the included self-adhesive RFID chips to the containers. This buffer includes 4x Anode Buffer (ABC) and 4x Cathode Buffer (CBC) RFID chips, ensuring seamless compatibility with any existing software. NimaPOP™ running buffers and polymers are widely used and high-quality reagents for Applied Biosystems™ Genetic Analyzers, requiring no changes to protocols, conditions, or spectral calibrations.
